When you’re moving, it’s fairly obvious what to do with your picture frames, dishes, clothes, etc.

But what about your real, live plants?🪴🌿🍃

For YEARS, I avoided peel and stick tile in our rental homes, out of fear that we wouldn't be able to remove it damage-free.

I finally gave it a try (with a renter-friendly twist!) but still wasn't 100% sure it would come down cleanly.

More than any other project we attempted in our NC rental, everyone was MOST eager to know if our peel and stick subway tile backsplash REALLY came down without damaging the walls. 🧐

Well, I've (finally!) recovered from the trauma of the removal (kidding...sorta) to break down the removal process in detail. 😆

Every time we move, we always have a stack of paint cans to get rid of. And it’s usually an ordeal to find places to safely and legally drop them. 🙄
