The start of the holiday shopping season is officially here! And over the past few weeks, I’ve been busy scouring my favorite sites and shops, looking for the most fun, useful, and creative gift ideas for home, craft, and organization lovers (like you and me!) Some of these items I own and can attest to their awesomeness; while others, I’d be ecstatic to find under my own Christmas tree.   2. Velvet Christmas Trees – A cozy, modern take on decorative trees, and they come in so many colors! I’ve had the navy ones on my wish list for ages – is this the year I finally buy some?

  4. Magnetic Picture Frames – These are great for putting up small photos or reminders, but can also be assembled into fun formations.

  10. White Ceramic Hobnail Patterned Pots – These textured pots are perfect for any decor style.
  11. Molly M Designs Papercuts Artwork – I recently discovered this artist and am beyond-obsessed with her amazing work.
  12. Tiered Wooden Stands – We recently bought these for our party drink dispensers but we are constantly finding new uses for them (e.g., cakes, plants, desserts). They box up really compact too, making them my new hostess essential.
  13. Hammered Brass Tray – We recently added this large tray to our coffee table and love it’s weight, sturdiness, and style. We have ours loaded up with LEGO Mini Figs, but it would be great with candles and other accessories too.

  1. Swig Tumblers & Mugs – This pattern-loving gal can never get enough of these cute cups. I think I now have 4?!? I really might need the new light-pink Santa pattern this year!
  2. Holiday Home Cleaning Set – I snag this cleaning set every year to use all season long.
  3. Multi-Purpose Cleaner Concentrate Subscription – I love using concentrate to make my cleaning supplies, and a subscription means I will always have plenty on hand!
  4. Whale Butter Dish – What a cute way to store butter…with a measuring reference too!
  5. The Dash 4-Count Waffle MakerWe use this every single week to make toaster-sized waffles for busy mornings.
  6. Owala Free-Sip Water Battles (24 oz | Kids) – We are 100% an Owala family (everyone has a few different sizes). Not only are they the most sturdy and secure bottles we’ve found yet, but the different color combinations are just so fun. We particularly love the colors featured at Target!
  7. Silicone Wine Stoppers – We love having these on hand to keep our opened bottles fresh.
  8. Red Crab Utensil Rest – This is such a fun and useful kitchen accessory for any kitchen.
  9. Dipping Herbs and Olive Oil Gift Set – We received this last year, and the herbs are great on everything from potatoes and breads to meats and dressings.
  10. Batter Dispenser – I’ve almost bought this for my pankcake-making husband several times. I think this might be the year we get it!

  12. ColorMaps Coloring Books – I’m obsessed with these grown-up “color by number” coloring books. Not only are you sure your color choices will work nicely together, but you’ll end up with a full collection of cohesive prints!
  13. Dual-Tip Alcohol Markers – If you like coloring, investing in some “grown up” markers is a nice way to take your works of art up a notch.
  14. Learn to Embroider Kit – I don’t love cross-stitch but lately have been drawn to hand embroidery. These ready-to-use kits are such an easy and charming way to teach yourself.
  15. Diamond Painting Coasters Kit – I’ve always wanted to try diamond painting but wasn’t sure what I’d do with a large artwork. I’m pretty smitten with these small coaster versions!

Kid-themed Christmas gift guide
  1. Pop Tubes Sensory Toys – From big to little, all the boys in my house love these.
  2. Monkey Noodles – A fairly addicting fidget for everyone’s hands.
  3. SuperTips Crayola Markers – 100 Count – My kiddos are big into coloring, and these are the markers we re-stock regularly.
  4. Melissa & Doug Wooden Food Sets – Our kids (still!) love playing with wooden food. Among our favorites are the Pizza Set, the Cookie Set, and the Popsicle Set.
  5. Ticket to Ride Board Game – This is the game we’re currently playing at our Family Game Nights. Our 8 and 13 year olds have no trouble playing, and our 5 year old likes to deal out all the cards and build all the trains.
  6. Alphabots – One of our most-loved toys. I’ve yet to meet a kid who doesn’t immediately become obsessed with these.
  7. Cube Timers – For quickly setting timers for time outs, reading time, screen time, bath time, and more…we use these all over the house!
  8. LEGO Puzzles – We love the LEGO puzzles and always assemble one or two over the Christmas holiday. They are fun for the kids and big enough to last a few days. These new mini versions (Mini Blue | Mini Red | Mini Green) would also make great stocking stuffers!
  9. Doodle Boards – We bring these everywhere: church, restaurants, doctor’s appointments and also recently discovered they are great for spelling test practice!

  11. Paint By Sticker Books – We recently gave these a try, and my two young boys became instantly obsessed. We’ll be adding a few more to our collection to get us through winter break!
  12. Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza – The perfect game when you want a lot of family fun with zero strategy or skill!
  13. Plasma Car – All our boys love these cars. They are a great alternative to bikes and scooters; and are even great for racing!
