Printable Holiday/Christmas Planner
It’s my favorite Tuesday of the month, my friends: new printable time! This month, I am (at long last!) releasing a Printable Holiday Planner! #cuetheconfetti! I have been wanting to make a Christmas/Holiday Planner for forever, and I am thrilled to finally get it into your hands in plenty of time to help you have your most organized holiday season ever! From gift tracking and holiday party planning to decor inventories, travel plans, holiday card checklists and so much more, this 130+ page planner is fun, fresh, festive and has truly been a labor of love to pull together for you! Like I do each month, let me give you the full tour of all the organizational goodies included in this month’s Toolbox addition! (Pssssst – there’s also a FREE printable gift for you today…be sure to read aalll the way down to the bottom!)
Before I dive into the specific pages included in this kit, let me give you a general overview!
Although in different colors and for a different holiday, this Printable Holiday Planner has a lot of the same features as my Printable Thanksgiving Planner (so you can print both together and be ready all season long!). Like before, I created 3 different ready-to-print covers for your Holiday Planner, including one (the rainbow tree cover) that can be edited to say whatever you want!
Although I prefer my printable worksheets to have minimal designs so you have lots of room to write and plan, I really wanted this kit to be full of fun and colorful details to match the festive season! So while many of the planning pages are white, I’ve included lots of pages with fun patterns and iconic graphics to bring in that touch of whimsy!
This kit features a festive color palette of greens, blues, reds and pinks…
…and is organized into 6 color-coded sections: Food & Drink | Decorations | Comings & Goings | Gifts & Cards | Holiday Party | Schedules & Budget.
All the pages in each section are color-coordinated to match the category cover pages and are tied together by iconic holiday symbols in each corner.
As usual, I try really hard to give you all plenty of options. So while I love to print everything out and make a comprehensive binder for our holiday season, you may only want certain parts of this kit. Whether you just need the gift tracking pages or the party planning worksheets, it’s easy to print exactly what you need and forget the rest!
This kit also includes a series of Printable Holiday Checklists that coordinate with each category. I’ve pre-filled many of the checklists for you with tasks and suggestions so things don’t get overlooked; but as with all my printables, these forms are 100% editable so you can customize them to your specific To Dos and Don’t Forgets!
Here is a breakdown of all the pages included in this comprehensive kit:
Now let’s dive in a little deeper to see (just a few of) the pages included in this awesome Printable Holiday Planner!

I’ve included 4 different gift trackers, including a Basic Gift List Tracker…
And then some others that are more detailed or have more room for multiple gift ideas….

Multi-Gift Tracker
My favorite gift trackers are these shown below. I printed out a few different ones, some boxes are labeled by person, while other are labeled by store to help me track what needs to be bought from where!
2-Page Cyber Monday Shopping Guide
Four of the most handy pages in this entire kit are the 2-page Black Friday Shopping Guide and the 2-page Cyber Monday Shopping Guide. Print them out in multiples to help you plan out your entire weekend of money-saving shopping!
The rest of the red pages are dedicated to helping you organize your holiday card operation!
From a comprehensive checklist to 2 different options for recording mailing addresses, these worksheets will ensure not a single step gets overlooked!
2-Page Holiday Card Address Tracker
Burgundy | Holiday Party Planner
The darker red pages are all dedicated to holiday party planning. I essentially took the best and most useful aspects of my Printable Party Planner and streamlined them to create a series of helpful and intuitive worksheets to help you plan out any holiday celebration!

The final few pages of the Printable Holiday Planner are the budget planning pages.
I’ve included both simple grey spreadsheets as well as fully color-coordinated budget sheets if you want to track your spending by category.
Color-Coded Budget Worksheets
Patterned Pages
If you’ve noticed anything about my printable kits, especially these fun and festive ones, is that I have a hard time stopping. When I get going, I just keep coming up with more and more ideas for worksheets and extra printables that I just know will make your planning more fun and successful! As such, this kit includes a bunch of extra goodies to make your Printable Holiday Planner cute and even more useful!
ALL the cute patterns seen in the pictures throughout this post are included in this kit, all 17 of them that you can use however you wish! Print them out as filler pages for your planner, use one as an alternative planner cover, or use them in your holiday crafting. I even included the three cover patterns with no text so you can make an extended binder cover like I first showed in this post.
Printable Holiday Checklists
As I mentioned before, this kit also includes a TON of holiday checklists. In addition to the ones sprinkled throughout the planner, I also included a Master Holiday Checklist (also color-coded with the rest of the planner)…
…as well as some really cute holiday “Bucket List” type worksheets. Whether you want to create your own “Traditions” tab for your holiday binder or want to add these worksheets to a family holiday kit you already have, they are sure to make an adorable addition to your holiday planning!

One of my main priorities with launching The Organization Toolbox was to have a system (and some accountability!) to finally create some of the organizational products I’ve been forever wanting to make for you all. A Printable Holiday Planner has literally been on my list for years; and while this one expanded even more than I expected it to, I have to admit it’s one of my favorite products I’ve ever created! These pages are crisp and clean with lots of useful prompts and space to write, but they are also festive and colorful and just so much fun to use.
It is my hope that these planning pages allow you to easily track all the details of this busy season so that you have the time and energy to celebrate and spend time doing what the holidays truly mean to you! Enjoy!

I love it. I’ve been using a gift checklist for a couple of years but this is way better. I really love the Black Friday/Cyber Monday lists, I never thought of that. I also really love that it’s not all covered with snow icons because they really irk me when it’s as hot as Hades down here. Ridiculous, I know, but still I’m grateful!
I’m so excited to use this this year! You always create the most useful pages 🙂 Thank you for this!
