My First “Pinch Me” Moment – Made in Paper Magazine!

This past week, a magazine arrived in my mailbox…and after quickly flipping through the pages, I officially had my first “pinch me” moment!!!

I mean, I knew it was coming, but I still couldn’t believe what I saw! What’s so pinch-worthy, you ask? Ohhh…………….just that one of my all-time favorite tutorials has been featured in this oh-so-lovely edition of Made in Paper magazine! EEEEEEEKKKKKK!

If you’ve been coming around here for a good long while, that, my dear friends, is my niece’s bedroom…in an actual magazine. The lovely people at Made in Paper magazine featured my full tutorial, including all my original photographs, to make these simple and fantastic paper flowers!

And in addition to the beautiful three (3!!!) pages of my photographs and tutorial, this little paragraph was just so exciting to see with my very own eyes!

I still can’t really believe it. These kinds of things don’t happen to me 🙂 I’m just a crafty stay-at-home Mom who loves to work with her hands and snap photos of her creations to share with the world. I am so honored to be included in this stunning collection of craft projects. The magazine should already be available in the UK and on Apple Newsstand for iPad. Here in the US, you can find it at Booksamillion and JoAnn’s mid-month!

A big thanks goes out to the folks at Made in Paper magazine for including me in this gorgeous publication, as well as my niece (for letting me makeover her bedroom!), and my sister Kathleen, who brainstormed with me and helped pull off this fantastic project!
