Kid Organization Printables for The Family HUB
This month’s download from The Organization Toolbox is the next section of The Family HUB, and is focused on keeping information about your kids on-hand, easy-to-find, and organized! From school information to sports team details, child sizes to clothing inventories, and weekly schedules to practice trackers, these pages help log, track, and organize it all. Let me show you these kid organization printables in a bit more detail!
What Is The Family HUB?
Last January, I introduced my latest comprehensive printable system: The Family HUB – the ultimate, customizable home management system that can help you track every detail of your life and home. This printable kit (which will ultimately include worksheets and trackers for pretty much every area of your life and home) was born out of your requests for a pretty, simple, and complete home management binder. See the bottom of this post for all sections that have been released so far and are available for immediate download.
Part 13 | Kid Organization Printables
The 33 pages in this dark blue section of The Family HUB are dedicated entirely to keeping track of information relating to your children. Featuring pages for school, sports, schedules, social contacts, practice logs, and more, this kit will ensure all important information is at your fingertips when you need it most. And don’t forget: all pages feature editable text boxes (so you can use these digitally or printed out) and are available in color, as well as black and white.
Several pages in this kit are designed to help you stay on top of your child’s (or children’s) school details so that you easily have all the schedules, passwords, and email addresses you might need during the year.
SCHOOL INFORMATION. This simple one-page worksheet helps you log school phone numbers, bell schedules, lunch periods, and more so you can quickly access this information when needed.
CLASS INFORMATION. This worksheet is similar to the school layout, but helps you keep all the information for a single class in one spot, including Specials, room parent contact information, and important dates throughout the year.
READING LOG(S). Two different reading logs are provided and will come in handy when no formal log is provided by the teacher but reading time is still expected.
LIBRARY LOANS. Having trouble remembering what’s been borrowed from the library and when it’s due? Keep these two trackers tucked into your Family HUB binder, and add to it each time you come home with new reads.
WEBSITES & RESOURCES. Feeling overwhelmed by all the websites, resources, and passwords you need to keep track of for your child’s education or extracurriculars? This simple log helps you keep all the information in one handy spot.
GRADE TRACKER(S). Whether you need to track assignments for a specific class, or prefer to keep your own quarter/trimester logs, these grade trackers are slimmed down and easy to fill out.
No matter what activities your child(ren) participate in, I have a few different trackers that can help you keep track of practices, games, and other important information.
SPORTS INFO SHEET. If your head is swimming at the start of each sport season…constantly struggling to remember who has what practice where…this single page is a great way to keep only the essential information at your fingertips at all times.
ACTIVITY INFO SHEET. This is the same page as the Sports Info Sheet above, but tailored for extracurriculars such as dance, gymnastics, martial arts, music, etc.
WEEKLY PRACTICE LOG. No matter what hobby your child does (e.g., sports, dance, music, etc), this practice log is a great way to stay on top of daily/weekly practice requirements or goals.
PRACTICE TRACKER. This simple 30-day practice tracker is great for motivating kids to practice…anything…every day. This can be used for reading, math facts, or even teeth brushing or potty training!
FRIENDS. If you have trouble remembering whose friend is who’s, what their parents’ names are, and where they live, this social register can be a great quick reference.
I’ve provided several different printables to help you assign and (more importantly) keep track of your child’s chores, allowances, and savings!
MONEY TRACKER. This year at-a-glance page is a great way to help kids track what they earn, give, spend, and save.
ALLOWANCE PLANNER. This planner is ideal for hashing out chores and assigning payments for each task.
CHORE TRACKER(S). Four different chore trackers are provided (some with allowance tallies and others without), so both kids and parents can stay on top of what needs to be done when and how much is owed.
Ever wish you had a way to quickly and easily keep track of how tall your child is or what size shoe they are wearing? Or how about how many pairs of pants you have on hand, or what size the toddler rainboots are? These two spreadsheets might just be the handiest in this entire kit and can be fully edited/adjusted to track the specific measurements you use most!
CHILD SIZES. Populate your own ages across the top and desired measurements down the left in order to track a variety of sizes as a child grows. This is really handy to have when shopping without kids in tow or when family/friends inquire about current clothing sizes.
CLOTHING INVENTORY. Do you keep a sizable stash of out-grown clothes on hand for younger children? Know exactly what you have and in what sizes with this handy spreadsheet!
Family Fun Printables
A few pages are included to help you keep running lists of things you like to do as a family.
FAMILY BUCKET LIST(S). Two different list styles are provided to help you keep all those “want to dos” in one place.
I’M BORED IDEA SHEETS. Fill out this two-page spread with as many self-play ideas you can come up with. When your child(ren) are bored, open up the family binder and have them pick something out!
Schedule & Routine Printables
The final pages of this kit include different worksheets for hashing out daily routines and weekly schedules.
DAILY ROUTINE(S). Two different versions are included to help you or your child keep track of what needs to be done before/after school each day. These are also great for taping up on the refrigerator or in a child’s room.
WEEKLY ACTIVITIES. These weekly activities pages are super handy for keeping track of who has what on each day. Layouts are included for both 4 and 5 people at-a-glance; and these pages are often handier in your purse or on the refrigerator to make sure the right people are in the right spots each day!

I personally am really excited about these newest pages, since I feel like I am constantly scrambling to find school schedules, teacher’s email address, when the lunch period is, and so much more! I can’t wait to hear how they help you (and your kids) stay more organized!
