Friends! I am so excited to announce that my online class, Deep Dive Into Cricut Vinyl, is now live on the Craftsy website! You can check out the preview and/or enroll in the class here!
You all might recall that I spent most of September and October preparing for this class behind-the-scenes; and in early November, I spent 2+ days in Denver filming the class in Crafty’s studios. In the weeks since, the editorial magicians at Craftsy have been hard at work taking the hours of footage we filmed and beautifully weaving them together to create a truly comprehensive and inspiring class on the ins and outs of working with vinyl on your Cricut machine.
In this class, I break down every step you need to know in order to create both simple and complex designs with vinyl.
I cover it all from desinging, weeding, and applying vinyl to all sorts of surfaces. I even show you how to use some of Cricut’s newest tools, and share my best tips for conserving vinyl and troubleshooting any problems you might run into!
In addition to sharing some really, really fun and easy projects, I also teach you how to use some specialty vinyls including glitter vinyl, stencil vinyl, printable vinyl and more!
The class finishes up with a comprehensive tutorial on working with heat transfer vinyl, as well as some really unique techniques for using vinyl to decorate your home!
I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from years of working with vinyl around our home and poured it into this class. It was very important to me that this class be a truly comprehensive resource for working with vinyl; and after reviewing the finished product myself, I can genuinely say it’s a solid, thorough and well-done class that I am exceptionally proud of. If you or someone you know wants to get into working with vinyl on the Cricut machine, I hope you’ll check out my class and learn my secrets for easy projects and great results every time!
I’ll be back on Friday for my last post of the year…and it includes a special holiday present just for you so be sure to stop by! See you then!
