A few weeks back, I had some lovely friends over for brunch. It was a really informal, potluck-style party complete with good conversation and noisy kids. I wanted to keep party prep as simple as possible but was still craving a festive atmosphere. One of the easiest ways to make a table feel special is to add fresh flowers – and instead of grouping my blooms into a single big vase, I split them into mini vases from the Dollar Store! Paired with a glittery monogram, these striking table center pieces pulled double duty as darling party favors!

This project came together oh-so-fast and was pretty easy on the pocketbook too. Even if you have guests coming to your house in an hour, you can pull these off!

I started with some chipboard letters (representing the first name of all of my guests) from my stash and gave each one a hole with a sturdy hole punch. Simple craft glue and a glitter “bath” gave each letter a pretty facelift 🙂 I bought two big bunches of flowers from our local grocery store and split all the blooms into Dollar Store vases of varying shapes and sizes (also from my stash). I tied a letter onto each vase with gold twine, and that was it – they were ready for the table!

Not only did these vibrant flowers add a nice pop of color to our tables, but each gal was so thrilled to bring home their own mini vase of blooms!

I love simple projects with big impact. These were a synch to pull together and were a total crowd pleaser – win, win! Gosh – aren’t those flowers’ colors just gorgeous!
